ROLE: Retail Keyholder

Part-Time - In Person - Buckhead, Atlanta

We are looking for a part time Retail Keyholder at Abbey Glass. 20 hours per week at our Atlanta location in Buckhead Village.

This will start off as a Part Time role, with potential to grow into a full time position in the New Year as we expand our business and locations. We are growing and have a lot of great opportunities ahead.

Assisting with Wholesale Account Management

  • Phone calls, emails, organizing CRM

Business Development Wholesale:

  • Identify new business opportunities by engaging potential wholesale clients through various channels.
  • Help build prospect lists for wholesale
  • Attend Trade Shows as needed showing our assortment and taking orders

Retail Sales:

  • Help manager with visual merchandising with store team at Buckhead, floor refresh weekly
  • Sell and attend to customers on the retail sales floor, pop-up shops, and events as needed by our management team throughout your time in this role
  • Clientele prospecting - invite new people into the store to shop, send emails and SMS through our CRM to connect with customers and show them new products
  • Help organize weekly leads in Endear into Audience lists
  • Help get creative in Endear with look books to send to retail customers
  • Use your creative mindset to come up with outreaching Email Templates to clientele in Endear
  • Help execute small scale events at Buckhead (sip and shop or private shopping event)

Back Office Help

  • Assist Operations manager with organization of stock product
  • Assist with unpacking, hanging , pricing new product
  • Assist with any other back office duties as we move into our storage space and set up for wholesale distribution

Your typical hours will be 10am – 7pm Monday-Saturday, 12pm-6pm Sunday, requiring variable hours/week at the store.

Your hours at the store will be determined by the Sales Manager during scheduling sessions and schedules will be provided to all 2 weeks in advance using the Homebase app. We anticipate you will be working about 20 hours a week to start.
