Sales Lead (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Abbey Glass is looking for an energetic Sales Lead to join our King Street store team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while contributing to our startup’s growth! If you’re passionate about beautiful things, warm hospitality, and making women feel amazing, we’d love to meet you.

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales.
- Shopify experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to give and receive feedback to enhance the shopping environment and customer experience.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and some weekends.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service in-store and over the phone, ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in the Abbey Glass collection, offering personalized style advice and product recommendations.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to customers when new styles arrive or best-sellers are restocked.
- Brand Advocacy: Build relationships with loyal customers in-store and at pop-ups, creating meaningful connections.
- Education & Storytelling: Share our brand’s history, values, and product details with visitors.
- Problem Solving: Quickly implement solutions to any challenges that arise.
- Events & Initiatives: Assist HQ in creating programs and events to enhance the customer experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully presented.
- Inventory Management: Restock the sales floor and maintain back-office inventory.

Job Type & Compensation:
- Full-Time: 35 – 40 hours per week
- Part-Time: 8 – 20 hours per week
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour + commission
Work Schedule:
- Day shift / Morning shift
- Some evenings and weekends as needed

- Work Location: In-person, Charleston, SC
- Relocation: Must be able to relocate before starting work.
