Acclaimed Atlanta fashion designer Abbey Glass is hosting the 2026 Runway of Hope—a special event supporting the important patient care and research of the Emory ALS center. Abbey's father, Dr. Jonathan Glass, founded the Emory ALS Center over 25 years ago and has spent his career at the forefront of ALS research and patient care, giving hope to thousands of families facing this disease.

About the Emory ALS Center
making real impact
The center has grown to become one of the largest clinical centers for ALS care in the United States. It currently cares for about 550 patients at any given time and sees approximately 200 new patients each year.
The clinic does not just treat patients; it is a major powerhouse for research. It has been a key site for major global collaborations, including Answer ALS (a massive open-source clinical and biological registry) and Project MinE (a global gene-sequencing initiative).
